Utilize Your Talents

Did you agree with me? That  no one is born without a talent. Everyone is good at one thing or the other. You know that you carry some extra potential in some aspect or life. Everyone differs from another when it comes to matters of gifts and talent.  Successful people only discovered themselves by exploiting their talents and gifts, while utilizing it to attain greatness in life. There is something in you, greater than what people see on the outside. You only need to discover yourself. It was given to you to use and not to keep. Your Talents are your ability to do something, discover them, make use of them and you will derive a maximum advantages. If you refuse to make use of your talents, no one will help you to use them, because it is meant for you and you alone.

You Are What You Wear

What you wear is really who you are and how you feel about your self. Clothing sends out a message, a statement to others about you. Clothing can whisper conscientiousness, stability, high moral standards. It can even serve as a form of identification. Some youths use ripped clothing, punk styles, or expensive designer clothes as a type of trademark. Others use clothing to attract the opposite sex or to make themselves appear older than they really are, while others put on clothes that show the rascality in them.

The Bitter Truth

Did you know if you associate with fools, you will become one! If you associate with achievers, you will become an achiever! The truth about life is you keep ultimately fire, re-fire or retire your mission. Get closer to a friend that can ignite your academic activities regularly! Get a friend or an elderly person as a mentor who can be a teacher in some areas of your life. Nobody is perfect, therefore look for a mentor or a motivator.
Read this familiar story: An eagles egg was placed in the nest of a chicken. The egg hatched and the little eagle grew up thinking it was a chicken. The eagle lived like the chicken. Then oneday, its saw an eagle flying in the open sky. It asked the chicken; what is that beautiful bird? The chicken replied "that is an eagle, but you cannot fly like it because you are just a chicken"  So the eagle never gave it a second thought believing that to be true. The eagle lived and died a chicken because of the wrong company! To live like a slave? It is better to remain with just few positive friends than to be a toast of a mixed multitude!

1. The first step is to get motivated. To do that, you need to see purpose in what you are learning.

2. To benefit most from school, you will need a good study routine; schedule sufficient time to cover an ample amount of material, but allow yourself an occasional break so that you can refresh yourself.

3. Relate what you learn to what you already know

4. Choose your friend wisely. Keep company with those who have a positive attitude toward school.

5. Give your whole attention and all your energies to what you are doing, so that your progress is plain for all to see....

Jokes- The Big Trouble

A couple had two kids' boys, ages 8 and 10 years respectively who were excessively mischievous. The two were always getting into trouble and their parents could be confident that if any mischief occurred in the town their two young boys were involved in some capacity. The parents were at their wits end as to what to do about their sons behaviour

Their parent had head that a pastor in town had been successful in disciplining children in the past, so they contacted him and agreed to give it his best. He asked to see the boys individually, so the 8 years old boy was sent to meet him first. The pastor sat the boy down and asked him quietly, "Where is God"? The boy made no response , so the pastor repeated the question with a louder voice, where is God? Again the boy made no attempt to answer the question. So the pastor raised his voice even more and shook his finger in the boys face saying where is God?
At that the boy stood up and ran home and locked himself in the cupboard. His older brother followed him to the cupboard and asked him what happened. The younger brother replied, "We are in BIG TROUBLE" This time, God is missing, they think we stole it.

Jokes- Ehis The Obedient Boy

An obedient boy called Ehis was staying with his mum. Ehis mum had a shop selling provision. On a sunday moring when Ehis was goin to church, his mum gave him an instruction to go to the shop immediately after the church service and not to branch anywhere.
In the church, the pastor was preaching to the congregation and asked the whole congregation to raise up their hand if they will like to go heaven. Every body in the church raised his hands except Ehis. The pastor waited until after the church service before he asked Ehis why he didn't want to go heaven. He said " My mummy told me that I should not go to anywhere after the service except her shop, therefore I prefer to go to shop rather than heaven. The pastor laughed and gently explained to him what heaven is all about.
